He taught as a visiting Professor in different Colleges & Universities for 7 Years.Now he is working full time as a Freelance Public Speaker & Trainer. He has delivered more than 3000 Interactive Training Sessions on different themes all over Pakistan & 22 other Countries. He has received 2 international Peace awards & Several other International & National awards for his contributions to Society & Humanity. He has Honor of Representing Pakistan in 22 Countries & Representing Asia in Europe (Portugal) & Speaking to the Youth of different Nationalities. 1. Col Bakhtiar has been awarded Sitara e Imtiaz; at the end of his thirty years long meritorious service. His initial span of education ended while he was in the final year of M. Sc. Zoology at Punjab Uni New Campus, in 1970. From 1978 to 91 he earned following degrees and symbols: 1978 g [Gunnery Staff] b. Training at DPR Korea on 122 MBRL before Pakistan could buy this weapon system. c. 1981 psc [Pakistan Staff Course] d. 1981 B.Sc. (Hons) War Studies. e. 1990 BA (Arabic) f. 1991 lsc [Logistics Staff Couse]. Did M. Sc Pak Studies in 1996; MBA (General Management) in 2000; CGPA 4.0 and M.Phil Intl Relations in 2018; CGPA 3.9.
2. He started teaching in 1969, while still a student at G C Lahore. He taught for seven years in Army at three different institutions as follows: a. School of Artillery; 1978 to 80, b. Army School of Logistics; 1991 to 94. c. Armed forces Post Graduate Medical Institute and conducted his part of three serials (12-14) of M.Sc. Advanced Medical Administration. Teaching continued after retirement in 2000. a. For about a year at FIMCS, now FURC. For over ten years at APCOMS, now NUML Rwp. Then as Head of Dept. Management Sciences at HITEC Taxila. Total stay at HITEC was for five years, till 2015.
3. Wrote his first book after training at DPRK in 1981. It was a professional book. Then اسلام قرآن اورھم in 2006; having studied His books for good sixteen years. Next were two research theses. Then co-authored ‘The Challenge of Reality. The last one was published in 2020; Life- زندگی. Have contributed to three International journals and websites. Have thirty publications to his credit. Presented a Paper in Moscow in 2012. He remained editor of Logmag for four years and is now editing Better Morrow, a bi-monthly and a bi-lingual journal since 2008.
4. He has been trainer at: a. Askari Bank Training Academy, b. At COMSATS Islamabad, c. NIBAF, d. and Most prestigious was training at NIM Quetta and Islamabad for Civil Servants.

Dr. Pardeep Kumar Gianchandani did his Bachelor of Engineering in Textile from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology Jamshoro in 2009. He then did Post-Graduate Diploma in Textile Engineering from the same institution in 2012. Pardeep then went to Italy to pursue Masters in 2014 and also did Ph.D. in 2017 from Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Now, he is an approved Supervisor of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Dr. Gianchandani has worked some know textile industries of pakistan such as Lucky Cotton Mills nooriabad and Renfro Crescent PVT LTM, Karachi.
Dr. Gianchandani currently serving in the Department of Textile Engineering at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology Jamshoro. Dr.Gianchandani has won the scholarship from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) for Ms. leading to PhD to Italy. He worked on many Italian, European and International projects.
After completion of his studies from one of the world best university Politecnico di Torino, Italy Dr.Gianchandani retruned pakistan to serve the motherland.

Muhammad Farooq Afzal is a dynamic and a profound professional in the realm of Textiles, Information Technology, Business Consultancy, Tourism, and Event Management. Having worked for over 12 years with the leading textile companies in Pakistan, he is pursuing his entrepreneurial ambitions since last 19 years, locally & internationally. He had been playing an instrumental role in promoting trade and business ties between Pakistan and other countries since 2004. Farooq had been continuously putting in his multifaceted efforts towards the cause of promotion of bilateral and multilateral trade. Farooq has also been participating in TV talk shows regularly to speak about the economy, promotion of bilateral and multilateral trade based on the business opportunities lying in respective countries. Farooq holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from University of Santo Tomas Manila, Philippines and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Sindh, Pakistan.

She is serving as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Riphah International University,
Department of English Linguistics & Literature, I-14 Campus, Islamabad. She is having Ph.D. degree from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Malaysia. Additionally, she is having M.A Political Science, M.A International Relations, and M.Sc in Communication Sciences with ample experience of conducting research & report writing.
Side by side, she is working as a researcher in Linguistics (Media Discourse) and a columnist associated with Pakistani renowned newspapers and magazines. Time to time, she is being called for interviews by international TV channels. Dr. Saira is having experience of teaching, conducting seminars, designing and reporting on research, developing policies and strategies, training materials as master trainer, organizing
workshops and evaluation of the educational materials and teacher’s training techniques. Furthermore, she is associated with international journals’s panel of advisory board and as a reviewer including Q1, Q2, SINTA 2, etc indexed journals. Her field of interest is Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL), Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), Socio-semiotic analysis, and Attitude Analysis. Her number of articles have been published in academic journals.

Dr. Moonis Ahmar is former Chairman, Department of International Relations; former Dean Faculty of Social Sciences and Meritorious Professor of International Relations at the University of Karachi. He is also Director, Program on Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution. His field of specialization is conflict and security studies focusing on the South and the Central Asian regions. Dr. Ahmar has 36 years of academic experience in Pakistan and in different foreign universities and research think tanks. He is the author of four books, four monographs and has edited 15 books on different themes of International Relations. Irfan holds an MBA in Marketing. He joined Flow as the General Manager Retail & Commercial in 2018 and played an instrumental role in growing and transforming the company. His professional career spans over 26 years during which he worked in the military and different industries, including tobacco and oil. His extensive experience in the oil and gas industry has provided him with a deep insight into the geopolitical, strategic and commercial challenges that face an evolving business. Prior to his current position, he served in Shell Pakistan for about 16 years which allowed him to acquire expertise in various domains – specifically in Retail Sales and Operations, Retail development, Commercial Fuels B2B, Reseller Channel and Retail Sales Support. In addition to that, he obtained 37 different certifications from Royal Dutch Shell Plc. His vision is a major driving force in the company and he has shown a strong track record of executing operational discipline with a continual drive for excellence.

Holding a Degree of “Visual communication Design” with First Division. She has done her bachelors of design from (CEAD) Mehran University of Engineering and Technology Jamshoro in 2018, Majoring in Communication Design (Graphic Design).
